Made up of especially important figures from academic and professional spheres, it plays a major role in defining the content of the Congress and its main themes. The Scientific Committee is responsible for proposing a range of experts who will give keynote speeches and makes a careful selection of the different experiences provided by participating cities that will be presented within the framework of the workshops given during the congress.
